Chad Ehrnsberger
Columbus Grove - Sales Representative
Chad is a 1996 graduate of Kalida High School. He holds multiple degrees from UCF and Ohio
State University where he spent time playing, at both, in their baseball programs. After a four time
All American college career, he went on to play professionally for nine seasons. When he is not helping area residents with their roofing needs, Chad is
Head Coach for both Kalida High School-Varsity Baseball and for the Lima Locos.
Chad joined the Schroeder Roofing family, in September 2023, as a Sales Representative. He has been a leader in Sales, and a great asset to the team already.
With three young boys (Conner 1st Grade, twins Carter and Caden in Preschool), Chad enjoys spending his
weekends being a dad and going on adventures. He and his boys reside in Kalida, with the memory of their wife/mother, Courtney, who passed away from Breast Cancer in December 2021 at the age of 28.

Brandon Hemker
Van Wert - Sales Representative
Brandon is originally from Delphos, Ohio and is a graduate from Rhodes State College in Lima, OH. He has had various positions, in numerous fields, throughout and around his community.
Brandon joined the Schroeder Roofing team, as a Sales Representative, in 2022. He aspires
to provide excellent Customer Service, and for Schroeder Roofing to be the premiere roofing company in the Van Wert community.
Brandon now resides near Spencerville, Ohio with his lovely wife, Haley, and their three children (ages 12, 6, and 3). He enjoys spending time with his family, helping his children with their 4H projects, assisting with the promotion of his wife's non-profit projects, being in the great outdoors, and he is an avid golfer.
We sure are glad he's part of the team!

Andrea McAlpine
Office Manager
Andrea has roughly ten years of office management experience, and has served in numerous office positions throughout her career. She has an Associates Degree from Grand Rapids Community College in Michigan. Andrea joined
Schroeder Roofing in April 2023, and has
enjoyed her time with the team and company.
She has been a welcomed addition
to our family, and we appreciate all she does
for both Schroeder Roofing locations.
Before moving to Van Wert, Ohio in May 2019, Andrea and her two children lived in Mesa, Arizona. She is an avid traveler of the United States, and has been to all but ten of the States. In her spare time Andrea loves to write books, go hiking, take her two year old granddaughter to the
park, get outdoors, try new things, craft,
volunteer, and go on road trips.
